Half my order (the main part) was canceled last minute and none of my orders were received in time for the holidays. Will not order from here again.

My package arrived after christmas... I had to scramble to get them something instead. Not okay. I wouldnt have ordered if I knew it wouldnt come in time.

I have a broken decanter and I have left many messages asking for a call regarding it and I have not received a call back to fix the problem. Very frustrated.

I haven't received my package yet. When I ordered, it said on the website that it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It is now the 3rd of Jan and I'm disappointed as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone. I have no idea when my package will arrive or if at all. I really hope this website isn't a scam.

I haven't gotten it yet and every time I try to contact you I get sent to voice-mail or an automated reply via email. I tried both email and by phone, the company still has not responded, so I obviously can't rate the quality of customer service because there hasn't been any.

Completely disappointed. Although the wood and craftsmanship of the barrel itself is very nice the personalized monogram is way off. The spout is right in the center of the last name. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift at Xmas

I have not received the pillow yet so cannot rate it. Unfortunately it was meant as a Christmas gift and will not be received in time. I am very disappointed as I thought I ordered in plenty of time (end of November).
