If this is where I ordered my cats their collars, the collars are 10 times to big. They must be dog collars instead of cat collars.

I've been trying to do a return or get a refund for the product I bought. I was asked to take pictures of the merchandise, which I did and I've not received a response. It's been almost a week. So at this point, I have nothing good to say about your company.

Hello Jerri, we are sorry to hear that you find the Personalized Small Bible Case you purchase too small. As indicated on its product page, it Measures 9.5” L x 7” W x 2.25" H. If the item you received is smaller than what is indicated, a photo that shows its measurement will help us a request for approval of your refund or replacement request. This is because as per policy, personalized gifts may not be returned just because of buyer's remorse. Our personalization techniques are permanent and personalized merchandise cannot be resold. Hoping for your understanding regarding the matter.

I was charged for express delivery, but I did not receive. Also I did not receive the decanter I ordered. It was substituted, and nothing was done for the inconvenience!

I have contacted your customer service team multiple times - to no avail. The wine decanter itself was never delivered. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response and lack of support. I request this is either 1.) refunded or 2.) send me the purchased decanter.

I ordered from this company a couple year ago and it was flawless. Something happened and now its a nightmare to order from them. Customer service is completely non-existent and will ignore all emails. My original order took 4 weeks to come in. My replacement order (the first was defective) took 5 weeks to come in.

We are currently seeing an influx of orders, while also needing to maintain a limited staff due to the pandemic rules. This has put our production teams behind a little. All couriers are also affected as they needed to take extra time to ensure packages are well disinfected prior to delivery We appreciate your patience as we navigate through these unprecedented times.

It was advertised as a monogram and came with all the letters the same size, so it looks like the initials are in the wrong order now.

I was extremely disappointed when I received the personalized cork holder I had ordered to present to my friend at her bridal shower. She has waited 49 years to finally get married and thought this would be an ideal gift since she is a wine lover. I waited for the package to arrive on the day of the shower, Saturday, January 15th and was thankful I finally went without it since it hadn't arrived because when I came home, I opened the package and the name wasn't centered and it is a poorly done personalized gift. My husband and I received a personalized cork holder for our wedding gift and proudly display it.

I didnt receive my order until almost a month after ordering. Way after Christmas. Even though I paid 25 extra for expedited processing. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the decanter set. I emailed customer service and have not heard back yet. I would like a full refund

Terrible customer service. I contacted them 5 or 6 times before they responded. When I purchased the gift, it was a Christmas present. It arrived a week after Christmas.

The bag was ordered before Christmas, didn't receive until January, and it's already falling apart after 1 week of use in January. The handle has parts separating from each other already. I order 2 as gifts and was looking to order more as gifts but the quality isn't what I expected at all.
