Overall the apron was very nice. We couldn’t get the bottle opener attached and had to use a zip tie. Obviously it was supposed to just snap on, but that was impossible.

Cute but thought they would be of better quality, material is pretty thin. Embroidery is smaller on one bag than others. I was a little disappointed but overall served its purpose.

I only received the decanter set and 2 lowball glasses. I was supposed to get 4 lowball glasses.

I got what I ordered and it was beautiful but I didn't get it until after Christmas which was very disappointing since I ordered it on Dec 8th

My order was late. It was incomplete. However, after contacting cust. Service I was given a fair credit for not arriving on time and the rest of the order was shipped very promptly. I would try this company again.

I wish I could give a 5star rating, but my order was lost in transit or something. Took one month to arrive after expecting 14 day shipping. Communication was difficult but eventually received feedback. The products arrived as ordered, quality is great. Just really slow shipping.

Probably wouldn’t take the chance to order again. Ordered something days before the “guaranteed by christmas eve” cutoff and when it finally shipped the estimated date was 12/27. Customer service never answered- luckily usps got it to us an hour before going to gift it at a party. Overall not worth the stress of knowing whether or not it would arrive in time.

I was very disappointed that my orders arrived so late when I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. One arrived a few days before with part of it missing and the other 1 week late although ordered Nov 29th. They did offer me a discount and I have tracking on what was missing. I just placed a new order and am giving them another chance.

I would've given 5 stars but, i ordered a Christmas gift that arrived broken, obviously not the companies fault, however, i have been trying to contact customer service for over a week to get a replacement with ZERO luck. Ive tried to email, live chat, and call. i know this time of year may be busier for them but i would really like to get my issue resolved asap considering this was a gift.

I ordered a decanter, 4 glasses, 4 coasters as a Christmas gift for someone. It was missing the lid to the decanter. I immediately emailed several times, I sent these a message on Facebook and also called. Never heard back or gotten a response. Terrible customer service.
