“I ordered three. Only one was okay to give. The other 2 were completely off center. I contacted customer service. They say they will make it right and redo the two that were off center. I hope so.”

“Order received quickly. Although the decanter top was not shipped. I called back to customer service and the representative was very helpful starting a new order to send out. She gave me new order number and told me I would be receiving a new confirmation email. I have not received the email nor the top for the decanter.”

“I would have given 5 stars as the product is very nice, but the design wasn't centered & the tip of the diamond was cut off by the wine glass slot. Not a huge deal, but a noticeable & avoidable flaw.”

“The items I ordered were very nice and well made. My orders delivery was delayed several weeks beyond initially promised with no communication to notify me of this. I emailed several times before I received a response saying the order was delayed and would be shipped within the week. I finally received my order about 3 weeks after the emailed response. However , I have ordered from this company before and have not ever had issues receiving my items in a timely manor.”
