“Parking bays are too narrow and bus frequency is too low, otherwise nae bad”

“Sadly the barrier didn't recognise my registration meaning that I held the queue up, didn't get a priority pass so therefore didn't get my priority access pass for check in. On leaving I also had to go to the parking office - not ideal. The covered parking close to the terminal is great, but no covered walkway to the terminal does mean that it is likely you will get wet anyway. Altogether a bit disappointing and certainly not slick.”

“Locating the facility to book Priority Security on your website is abysmal. Each time I have to google "Aberdeen priority security" and follow the link rom there. Why don't you have an easier link on your website - it really is shockingly bad. Once booked it works quite well ............ but maybe you should look at introducing some order to your security area anyway - I've been travelling every week for the last 6 years and when its quiet you can cope but busy times are chaotic ........... you need to get someone with a sense of organisation and not treat your customers as hindrances to your daily routine.”

“Booked within 24 hours. Very good value. Only thing was computer didn't pick up car registration. Manual operator let me through in minutes though so thank you.”

“I booked on line and got into the carpark no problem, came back late, knackered just wanting home, then i went to the barrier inserted the card, thinking breeze i am prepaid all good. Alas the system did not recognise my car, and having a tail back behind me, i had to wait for a polite gent to try and soprt me out, reference codes all provided. So my experience was poor, so saving on line was offset with hassle at the end of a long tiring day.”

“This is a good deal however there are not clear instructions on how to use your booking on the website. on approaching the barrier you need to wait for license plate recognition however this takes a while and in the meantime the temptation is to press the button. In doing so you are then issued with a ticket and can still park however you then need to take your ticket to the ticket office before leaving. Mistakes could be greatly reduced by clear notification on the website about the process for using your booking.”

“Great booking online good price easy to park,however when we returned we spent ages trying to get out as our ticket which was placed on the dashboard had faded with the sun.we spoke to two or three people thru your phone system before they would open the barrier to let us out although they had our reference number and new our name and we had paid online not a very happy end and did the staff no service at all”

“Process worked great for me right up until the point I inserted the ticket to leave the car park, still within my prepaid period. At that point a message came up on the screen advising I had an additional £85 to pay! at 10.30pm on a Friday night after 8 hours travelling this is not what you want. To be fair, once I hit the call button and explianed the situation, the young lady on the other end managed to override the system and raise the barrier within a couple of minutes (she had all the deatils on screen I suppose). However, not a great introduction to using the "Priority" parking.”

“We booked the Servisair lounge for the first time. After reading the information online it seemed perfect for a flight out of Aberdeen Airport on a Friday afternoon. The airport can get very busy, so paying to get a seat, drinks and snacks sounded a good option. We were very disappointed to arrive and find the lounge so busy we couldn't get a seat. The girl at the desk informed us this was due to delayed flights? She told us to stand and hopefully a flight would get called soon so we would get a seat. Not what we paid for. There was other people arrived after us and were also disappointed. Thankfully we got a seat soon after and was very pleased with the choice of drinks and snacks available. Although being very busy they did run out of stocks quickly, and although they tried their best to replenish there was some items unavailable.”
