Hello, I always use airport parking when travelling and I am always happy with the service. On this occasion however, I thought that the easter parking special offer was for a short term car park, however when I arrived to park the car it appeared to be for a long-term car park. It could have been me not being carefu

No lemonade in lounge pretty poor really. Lady on desk could have smiled. Seemed very unhappy to be working!

No issues with the booking process or entry to the car park. My suggestion would be a better exit process - it seems as though you have number plate recognition cameras and I cannot understand why the exiting driver has to enter the ticket, remove it, press the communication button, wait, enter the ticket again and then get the all clear. The system employed in the BAA car parks around Heathrow works better; the cameras note the number plate; the system electronically confirms it's pre-paid then the gate opens. No need for ticket entry, no need for communications, just a 2 second wait and the barrier lifts.

I would have said 'good' or 'very good' had the upgrade to short-stay from the long-stay car park have resulted in an easier task in terms of finding a space nearer to the terminal building itself. When I finally found a vacant parking space - it was almost as far away as the long-term parking and quite a way to walk.

There shold be a sign stating that if you have pre-paid, you just use your entrance ticket to leave the carpark. The entrance ticket has the registration number of your car.

All went well and smooth. However, it was not clear to me how to check out. I was under the impression that my car being recognised by the camera on entry, it would do so on exit as well. This was not the case, causing some confusion on the way out. In the end the operator managed to set me free. It was my first time, so that did not help likely.

Compared to other airport car parks the price is a little on the high side.

Can't go back to areas nearer the terminal once gone passed the entrance to the elevated section.

There were spaces available and could be found easily, however I would have likd to have areas for families as it was a bit narrow the places to park and difficult to put baby in and out the car.

Exit barrier did not recognise my pre-paid booking, office was not manned to assist with this.

Did not appreciate being informed at the exit that I was due 230+ pounds. The computer recognised my car at the entry gate so why not the exit. This has happened before.

Really need to get the Priority Parking online sorted. Having to go and get the ticket validated before exiting is a pain and defeats the entire purpose of paying online.

The parking is fine. The only problem is that its far from clear whether you need to take your ticket to the office for endorsement or not (you don't).

Efficient , good to stay close to airport. Problem arose when trying to leave as our pre-paid ticket did not work , but sorted by parking team . Would happily use it again .

My flight was delayed by nine hours. I went to the customer point to explain and ask for my ticket to be extended. No such luck I was promptly charged impolitely £22 extra. After a long , stressful, exhausting day this extra charge nearly made me cry. I had parked there for two weeks but nine extra hours through no fault of my own cost me a quarter of the two week price on top. Shocking that exceptional circumstances can't be considered. I probably would park there again a taxi home would have been cheaper. I have chosen a normal grading because I don't expect anything else. I still have my receipt if you would like to refund me.

shockingly expensive for short pick ups /drop offs and I try to avoid if possible. If you have lower rates this would encourage more use of the airport facilities (ships/restaurants) etc.

A bit overpriced, but overall a good service. Aberdeen Airport is a ripoff if you want to park for less than 24 hours, but this was ok for a 2.5 day stay

Once again pre-booking not recognised at barrier delaying exit - This needs to be sorted!

Have used this twice and on both occasions, I found the staff, at the initial point of showing my pass and boarding card very abrupt. When putting my bag etc through the scanner, staff were very helpful.

The weird thing about prebooking at Aberdeen and priority parking is when you return; despite the system recognising the car when you arrive to park; when you depart, you have to go to the kiosk to authorise your parking ticket; this is nonsense; get that sorted!
