In theory, this should be a cheaper, less time consuming parking option. At the normal entrance barrier to the car park, the car registration is scanned and matched against the booking. Consequently, the barrier should lift automatically. When exiting the car park, a similar process occurs to allow automatic exit. However, this did not work for me so I had to buzz for help...take a ticket....then visit the manned booth on exit. It wasn't an enormous hassle but did negate the benefit of convenience from pre-paying for parking. It was, however, about £7 cheaper than paying by ticket on the day

Have been using lounge for several years and have to say that the standard has dropped. Variety of snacks is much reduced and the last 2 visits, we had to queue to get in

This is the first time i have used this service and over all it was fine however when i tried to leave my pre paid ticket was refused and i had to wait for the assistent to clear it for me, something i could have done without when all i wanted was to get home!!

Walkways could be better ,lighting ,signage etc and surface could be smoother.

I say 'Normal' but only in the context of the UK's generally poor and 'rip off' attitude to services. Compared to countries such as Canada, UAE and Malayasia it is 'below expectation'.

I could not get out at the barrier, it took 10 minutes for the problem to be resolved, however I don't know what the problem was. I have parked here a several times now and the buses have taken a long time to pick up from the terminal back to the car park I now just walk

Despite booking/paying ahead to get the £2,00 discount, when i tried to leave the car park, the machine asked me for another £27. I then had to reverse from the barrier - awkward and dangerous, get out of my car and find someone to help. One guy was dreadfu, another very good. However, this hassle and delay (15/20 mins) is nit something I wanted after a very long day which had other stresses. i did wonder what the point of booking/paying ahead was - the extra stress and time wasted for me was not worth the £2 saving. Seemed to be ok until I tried to leave and was charged £207. Seemingly a technical problem had failed to stamp my ticket [and many others] on arrival. Fixed by a very helpful attendant.

We arrived at the car park at 3.45 am in very heavy rain and there was no one there to take us down to the airport. Eventually a man with a van took us down. It was not very convenient. Coming back was fine because the bus met us and took us up to our car.

the recognition didn't work which resulted in a wait while the operator sorted it out . It accused me of not paying when I had done.

Dear Dr Macilwain Apologies our system has not recognised your number plate correctly on entry. Normally the system will read your number plate and interrogate the parking system and then provide a ticket with your booking details attached. This process can take up to 15 seconds and it is important not to push the button to receive a ticket in this time, as this should be automatic. If you have not received a ticket in this time please use the help button. Our team here can then manually intervene and send the correct ticket to the entry. This ticket will then work as normal at exit and not ask for any extra fees. Our team are here to help 24/7 and would be happy to assist.

Why is it so expensive, just booked off airport parking for the next few weeks and it is a fraction of the price you folks charge.

Dear Mr Laird We do offer special offers that are available by booking online in advance. Currently we offer October Holiday special in the Long Stay car park of seven days or more at £4.99 per day which means a 7 day stay would cost £34.99. The offer has to be booked in advance to qualify, we constantly monitor our prices and hope to remain competitive. I hope you will use our service again in the future.

overall the experience was ok, however, the layout of the security counter is poor in my opinion. There is no table to support items from hand luggage whilst loading into the plastic containers. I often have a laptop and Ipad which go into separate containers and it is often difficult with the layout and with people behind to load into the containers and go through security.

bus driver completely ignored us as we entered coach. He was too busy speaking on his phone. A hello would have been nice. Not even a bye when we left coach. I even made the mistake of saying thank you. I found the security booking a waste of money..
