Online pre-booking worked very well, especially avoiding the need to visit a pay station before exiting. The price is a a big rip-off, profits must be eye-watering, even with the cheaper rates offered online. 10% of the takings should be donated to good causes. The carpark could then inform users how much was raised in the previous month, giving at least some impression that airport parking does a little more good in the world, than just line the pockets of a greedy corporation.

Barrier would not let me out of car park.Had to see attendant.It was pouring with rain and I got soaked.Eventually was allowed out and reason given for problem was because they were upgrading the system. I was we'll within my time and after 13hrs of flying was not pleased

Courtesy coach took 20 minutes to arrive at terminal. Traffic congestion made exit from car park problematic.

The car park was as expected, clean, tidy but very full. Found a space without difficulty and bus was frequent and similarly clean and tidy. The ticketing system did not work as advertised. I was pre-paid, on line, but despite ANPR still had to call for assistance, which worked without a problem. Having to walk to the office to find out that I have to call for assistance is not convenient. I did nothing wrong, your system does not work as you say it will, therefore you get a "normal". It is, sadly what we expect! If It had worked as described and allowed me exit on my pre-paid VRM then you would have been "good" maybe even "very good", but you weren't.

Only wanted 4 days but cheaper to book longer!!!! Clean tidy, efficient helpful staff. Should have a viewing area at level three to watch the planes and helicopters as Aberdeen is so busy!

Paid for ticket online, but was confussed how to operate parking ticket machine. Had to contact operator - no information provided about the process I should follow.

When I went to leave I put my ticket in the machine and it wanted Money off me when I had already paid upfront. It took about 5 minutes for this to be sorted and was somewhat frustrating.

On entry the camera read my number plate but the system did not recognise my booking. The attendant was helpful and asked me to raise the issue when I returned, therefore little time was wasted on entry. On return the attendant quickly sorted out the problem and I was able to get on my way with little delay.

In theory, this should be a cheaper, less time consuming parking option. At the normal entrance barrier to the car park, the car registration is scanned and matched against the booking. Consequently, the barrier should lift automatically. When exiting the car park, a similar process occurs to allow automatic exit. However, this did not work for me so I had to buzz for help...take a ticket....then visit the manned booth on exit. It wasn't an enormous hassle but did negate the benefit of convenience from pre-paying for parking. It was, however, about £7 cheaper than paying by ticket on the day
