On the day I bought the pass there was hardly a queue in the general security lane so I thought it was money wasted.

As a first time user, the instructions on how to use the service could have been clearer. The instructions on the ticket machine at the airport say to press the button and speak to an attendant, who actually doesn't need to get involved at all. It would have been helpful to point out that on return to the airport, before leaving with my car, all I needed to do was validate my ticket through the machine and that I only need to ask the attendant for assistance if I am asked for payment. Other that that the service was exactly what I needed

There was an issue when leaving as it came up I hadn't paid/pre-booked so I couldn't leave straight away. Contacting the attendant resolved the problem, but it is a bit annoying when you just want to get home.

Decent and secure, however far too expensive at around 30 pounds from Friday to Sunday. 15 pounds would be more than enough. Regards

On the information it stated that the priority security lane could be used but no explanation as to how to use this was given. Also priority security should surely be given to all passengers in the vehicle - I'm hardly likely to use it and leave my wife and/or children to use the regular lane !

I was really pleased to arrive at the airport for 5am and have no issues with parking. Obviously I had paid in advance and had confirmation of my payment in an email. So it was disappointing that when I returned to get my car, and realise I had left my ticket on the plane, I was quizzed for nearly half an hour over whether I had paid or not by the guy at the ticket office. It was late at night, I was shattered and had a long drive ahead and couldnt understand why showing my receipt on my phone for the booking why i could just not be let through - the guy at the desk repeatedly told me he couldnt find me on the system depute seeing my receipt and showing him ID! It was absolutely ridiculous. He let me through eventually once the penny had dropped I had in fact paid. I would have rated very good had this not been the case. U have to accept that sometimes tickets get lost but if there is a back up emailed receipt then this should suffice as proof of purchase.

Easy enough to park. Appalling to find airport charging just to drop someone off when the luggage carrousel is archaic for an ' International Airport '. Priorities all wrong

The attendant on the way out was very rude and arrogant which is not professional, other than that the parking was fine.

The bus needs to have a quicker turnaround. Upon arrival at the airport my husband had to bang loudly on the bus to awaken the driver who was taking a nap. Upon return it was not straightforward leaving the car park and we had to contact staff to assist so that we could exit.
