“On arrival at start of my trip I found it difficult to know from where the courtesy bus would pick me up or whether I had to go to go to a place near the gate. At other airport long stay car parks the bus comes every few minutes and stops at the numbered & marked bus shelters throughout the car park. However, this did not seem to be the case at Aberdeen. Also I had to call for assistance on departure as the barrier at the exit failed to open when I inserted my ticket in the machine. Otherwise I was quite satisfied.”

“It is a car park. At the airport. It compares to no other, at this airport. It costs more than the flights, and you want me to mention its value for money? Build quality? Built pretty flat, and smooth. You could use it as a car park if you wanted to. It has two nice features: an entrance and an exit. Without either of them it would fail in its purpose- but as they are both in place the car park is quite usable.”

“Very little information on how the system works given you have number plate etc does it go in machine on return etc Car park ok pity the airport continues to be sub standard 30 min waiting for bags with only two small flights landing!!”

“Parking was good , however the added priority security was poor, because I produced a flybe boarding pass I was told I should use the normal channel , I produced my parking ticket to be allowed through priority it made no difference in time spent getting through”

“Good value parking, but the camera failed to recognise my number plate correctly and I had to contact your serive number to confirm that I would not be charged at the normal rate. Matters resolved at the out barrier, but you could have sorted it out so my ticket was valid for exit. Otherwise, very satisfied with the long-say parking.”
