“This car park is way to expensive to leave your car for any more than 1 day. You need yo look at both Edinburgh and Glasgow where prices are better and more realistic. The fact that I could not get out of the barrier without having to contact your control room was very frustrating and disappointing I would not recommend thiis facility to anyone and will be reluctant to use in the future”

“Paid online, then was asked to pay £11 more before being allow to leave carpark. No one there at night so don't know the reason for the extra cost.”

“Expensive!!! (Even when booked in advance). Licence plate recognition worked well, but the lower cost of this system compared to permanent manning isn't reflected in the price.”

“The entry barrier did not recognise my pre-booked registration number so I had to go to the customer services office and have the matter resolved, in order to ensure that I was not charged twice. The car park is good, well positioned opposite the main terminal and mostly under cover. However, like all Aberdeen Airport parking, it is very expensive.”

“Expensive on uk standards ,but average for aberdeen.good free bus transfers to and from airport main entrant .not manned at 24 hrs at car park.i was 4 hours late due to flight delays so cost an extra £11.”

“Entry to the car park and parking was very simple. The courtesy bus to the airport terminal was quick to arrive and the journey took minutes. (Very cheery driver despite the early hour). Minor hiccup on return which has resulted in the rating above. On returning to our car and driving up to the exit barrier, the system did not seem to recognise that we had pre-paid our parking (despite the vehicle registration being printed on the card). We had to buzz for assistance and the issue was quickly resolved but this is the first time we have encountered this problem.”

“*My car registration number which I entered during the reservation& payment process was not recognised by the system. As a result I lost precious time trying to exit from the parking. *Too much time waiting for the bus from the airport terminal into the parking.”

“Straightforward and easy to get in and park however not so straightforward at the exit point as a payment for the parking was asked for when the card was put into the reader at the exit barrier, notwithstanding that it was already pre-paid. The call button was used to contact one of the staff who checked the details and then remotely raised the barrier. There was very heavy rain at the time which may have affected the number plate reader but it also meant that the car become very wet inside whilst the window was open for approximately one minute.”
