Car left safe enough and buses quite regular.Bit expensive for what it is but not too bad.

Very poor signs for entry, exit and within car park; markings on ground poor, worn off, almost unreadable.

Parking bays are too narrow. I always make sure I'm parkeked in the middle of the bay, but I struggle to out of my car without my door touching the car next to me. Although I always take a great deal of care to part responsibly and not to mark other cars when I open my car, I have returned to find my door has a ding or marks on it from being hit by other car doors.

Convenient car park very near Dyce airport with fast and friendly pick-up/drop off bus service. Convenient online booking/prepayment service. No problem finding a space or with car condition after its 11 day stay. However, the price of parking is high even taking into account online prepayment discount (approx 20%). I can compare with other long stay car parks at airports around the world (France and US) and Aberdeen is very expensive.

The system for the priority parking area is excellent and we use it for most trips. We used to get priority security clearance as part of the booking but that does not seem to happen every trip now and is disappointing as it was very useful.

Dear Mr Macbride Thank you for your feedback regarding priority security. If you use the priority parking facility this entitles the whole party traveling in that vehicle to use priority security. To use just take your parking ticket and use Priority security lane and show parking ticket to security staff. Kind Regards Aberdeen International Airport Customer Service

The car park is within very reasonable distance from the airport. Just a pity that there are not more spaces under cover.

The service met my requirements as I expected. I do think the cost for the time period is a bit expensive and had I not been able to claim on my expense account I would hesitate to use it as a paying customer.

Car registration number was not identified on entry which necessitated visit to manned kiosk on departure. Not the usual smooth prepaid process.

got an upgrade to the short stay as there is no buses running before 4pm but it was a bit of a carry on getting the ticket validated on our return (just what you need after a long flight) there was 5 dayes to sort out any paper work before we returned there must be an easyer system.

The road markings at the mini roundabout next to the kiosk are in need of redoing/clarification. The recent increase in weekender rates of 45% ++ is incredible!

Expensive parking like most things in Aberdeen. I thought £10 per day was expensive until I parked in the long stay car park which was £25 looking for cheaper parking in future.

Problem leaving the carpark - apparently the software is not working correctly and therefore you have to get an attendant to assist your departure.

On return could not find exit ticket and had to contact staff who eventually lifted the barrier to allow us to leave the car park. I am intrigued how they determined we were the car owners? Other wise satisfied by the service.
