“The Atom RS black edition arrived within 24 hours of purchase. The chair was a breeze to assemble with no major issues. The gaming chair is comfortable and it’s really well made, with sturdy and what feels like high quality materials. The Chair looks and feels like a premium gaming chair and i am happy with the price I have paid. Black edition is worth the slight premium in my opinion. Customer service was on point with swift follow ups to queries (Thanks John). Overall I cannot fault the chair and the service and would highly recommend.”

“First of all the actual service we had was exceptional, it was the product we were disapointed with. The plastic base to my son's gaming chair broke and the only choice we were given was to replace it at a cost to us as it wasn't under warranty despite the chair only being a matter of 7 months old. The replacement base arrived as promised but it was metal which was great! Why on earth it wasn't sold to us with a metal base in the first place is beyond me as clearly this should last far longer than the 7 months the original plastic one did. That is my only gripe.”

“Purchased a gaming chair for a fairly similar price last year and wasn’t happy with how comfortable it was. I purchased this one and the difference between the two in terms of comfort is unbelievable. Perfect for my size also, anybody over six foot won’t have a problem with this.”

“I bought the Atom RS Black Edition and after a week of using it I can comfortably say it's really worth the money. I now work from home permanently for 8-9 hours a day and also game in it for extended periods of time and it's really supportive and given me good posture. I've recommended this to a couple of friends and they've bought the chair and like it also!”

“Bought the Atom RS Black edition. Arrived next day as promised and everything was packaged really well. There ended up being an issue with a small tear on the leather, and customer service was brilliant with dealing with this issue. I was given many options for how this could be sorted (including a full return/refund and a partial refund). The way this was dealt with was so good that despite the issue I am giving 5 stars.”

“Super company. Really friendly and helpful, quick to respond to any queries via live chat, and you really feel that they care. I had one issue with a faulty mechanism when my chair was delivered, so I used the live chat and was advised to send a video of the issue to the warranty team. The warranty team responded within an hour to confirm that it was faulty, and they sent out a replacement part immediately. It was less than 48 hours between reporting the issue and having a perfectly functioning chair! Thank you guys! Will be recommending to everyone!”

“Easy to order. Hardest decision was choosing the colour. Chair came on time. Quite easy to put together. We used the instructions and clips from YouTube. All the bits were included and had spares left over.”

“I ordered a gaming chair that was on back order. The availability date was honoured and the item turned up on time (delivering on a Bank Holiday Monday) The chair is excellent value for money and my son loves it. It compliments his gaming set up perfectly 🙂”
