The chair itself is fine, but the wheels on the stand fall out of the stand because the plastic that keeps them in place has broken that keeps them in place ( on two of the five wheels, so far) . I contacted customer services and they said that this issue was not covered by warranty because I had used the chair in a carpeted office. This is a very poor response - I am not using an old office chair with wheels that I have had for years without problem.

I've contacted Abroco about my recent purchase, asking for an update on when it might be delivered, and I've heard nothing back for many days. They did however send me an email asking me to rate my experience with them. For this order it has been a poor one - no delivery, no update or explanation, and most importantly, no reply to my query. Not happy.

Annoyingly I am still without my chair. DHL have managed to loose it. Abroco have responded to emails quickly, however nearly a week after ordering it this is not resolved. Can’t comment on the product...

Customer services were good before purchase however during a difficult situation regarding the postal service point, this could have been greatly improved. Granted I was angry and didn't handle it the best myself, the customer service advisor (Louisa) made little attempt to rectify the complication. That being said the manager John I spoke with via email was brilliant in helping.
