“No issues with delivery or service but product hasn't lasted as long as my 'cheaper' office chair that I had previously for almost 8 years.”

“My son is extremely pleased with his chair. The fit and finish are generally very good, although one or two of the screws used to secure the back to the base, are not aligned and so were difficult to fully tighten. Otherwise, the mechanism, materials and fixtures are at the top end of what we were hoping for and as such make this an extremely good, quality product at the price paid.”

“Easy to order with speedy delivery. Heavy box to manhandle upstairs alone, I had to wait for assistance. Clear assembly instructions. All went well until one of the four bolts, needed to attach the mechanism assembly to the seat, never lined up correctly, or was threaded incorrectly. I managed to get it to turn a few times, but then it stopped. I tried all 4 bolts but none went in fully. I purchased some washers to pack out the bolt, so it held firm to the assembly. Also, the chairs rocks side-to-side on the main assembly and I will be asking the manufactures if that can be fixed. I've attached photos of the bolt and the rocking problem area.”

“Fast delivery. Well packaged, well built chair. Only complaint is that the tolerances on the 4D arm rests could be smaller, so the arms don't have a noticable woble to them. I find it too easy to wiggle the arm rests. Model I got was the Atom Nucleus (perferated).”

“Excellent comms after purchasing the chair. Really good quality, however a couple of scuffs on one side of the metal seat. Once the black plastic housing is installed then the scuffs are covered.”

“My product was delayed and when I contacted Abroco about it, they instantly showed interest and ensured that the package was delivered to me the next day, very pleased with their customer service. The product itself is a GT series gaming chair, it is very comfortable and pretty much perfect for me the flaws I have with it are 2 in particular: 1. a minor one but the seat came with a plastic wrap on it which is no problem obviously but the chair arm rests were already attached over the plastic which made it impossible to get the plastic out from under the metal holding the arm rest in place again a minor one but slightly annoying and 2. the seat has already got a lined crease from the top right corner coming to the centre I assume there is too much material there causing it to stick out and obviously fold and crease when sat on but other than those 2 things the chair is very good indeed. Maybe also put a manual showing how to attach the cushions I had to ask someone for how they did it. Overall, satisfied with my product and the service provided other than the delay from DHL.”

“Super comfy chair made from high quality materials. Bit of a faff to put together but get there in about 45mins. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the seat sits quite high off the ground, unless you’re taller than about 5ft 10 your feet won’t touch the floor which is disappointing and you’ll require a footstool to support.”

“Purchased a GT Series after looking around for a while. Abroco had clear information and a smooth operating site. The chair itself is super comfortable, with my only (very minor) gripes being some slight complexity on assembly and the arms not having quite the range of movement I'd like to have. Packaging was secure, and delivery method was well documented and prompt. I've already recommended the product to some of my friends!”
