“I ordered a chair and tried to return it after 1 day of receiving it but the company no longer has a website and emails are unresponsive and there is no phone number. I'm stuck with an expensive chair I still in the box.”

“Purchased one of these chairs a week before Christmas as a gift to my husband, the chair has already got a tear in the material! I contacted abroco on their website to complain about this weeks ago and I have heard nothing back! Really disappointed and annoyed, expected better as reviews were good and the chair was expensive! So much for supposedly having warranty on it! I would not recommend this chair. Either that or we were just unlucky!”

“The item arrived damaged, and the response from customer service was appalling. I will not be recommending this product to any of my friends or family. The company did not take responsibility for the damaged product and continued to reply to me just before closing time so the return process was delayed. I will be getting my chairs elsewhere. 1/5 very poor service.”

“After a few months, the chair got damaged on the right hand side. I am not using any Jeans or trousers with metal zips or abrasive objects. The quality of this chair is very poor and the price is very high. I will never buy it again.”

“Really disappointed to have spent money on it! As you can see in the images the chair doesn't goes up as the specs (the max was 48cm only!!) and that was the most important feature on it for me! The adjustable plastic levers are spinning around even when perfectly connected to the metal one attached to the chair.”
