“4 appointments made. 4 appointments failed. One where they rang to apologise and rearrange. 3 were just now shows. Based on this level of service: Avoid.”
“Multiple missed appointments, without notification. Eventually sent an engineer that did not actually understand how to commission the system resulting in yet another necessary visit.
Significant disruption caused due to arranging time to be at home several times. Was it five or six appointments in the end? Can’t recall. Utterly appalling service.”
“Wi-Fi between meter and display monitor doesn't work and was not registered by installer so didn't receive payment cards in time of the 72 hours cerdit running out. Very upset and disappointed. Wi-Fi still not working at all.”
“Visit was booked on 05/06/2018, I waited at the home for the whole day but no show. I even called them and was told the engineer would call me in one hour before they come, then 18:00 no calls and no shows. To-date, after one week, no one calls again about this any more. Very strange company and certainly a disaster to avoid.”
“Haven’t received a smart meter. You keep sending emails regarding this and installing in my area and you have incorrect information. In fact the address you have for me is approx 4 hours away!!! Will you please remove the information as I am fed up of hearing from you”
“The first appointment was cancelled at very short notice, which was fair enough. However, the subsequent two appointments, organised months apart, nobody showed up at all, with no telephone call to warn us of cancellation. I called the company throughout the day on the third day, was told that someone was on their way, but no one came. I'm still waiting to hear about a fourth appointment - I've given up trying to arrange it myself.”
“Failed to turn up even though I called at 2pm to ask for an estimated time. I was told the engineer would call me back. He didn’t call. I call at 5pm and was told the engineer had cancelled my appointment. They didn’t even think to tell me or give me a reason. I am totally appalled as I had to take a day off work for this”

Smart meter was not commissioned during the installation visit and we are still waiting for this to happen some months after joining green energy and the installation visit.”
“The agent failed to turn up the first time. The second time the agent could not do the installation as there is no cutoff switch between the consumer unit and the 100 amp electricity board fuse. This was stand`rd practice until the late eighties and requires an engineer approved to cut the seal, remove the fuse and then reseal the fuse on replacement. The company has failed to get back in touch to refit the meter. the energy supplier asked for photos of the fuse and consumer unit which I have supplied. No reply.”
“The engineers were supposed to turn up between 8am and 1pm on Fri 1st July, nobody came, nobody notified me that they were not coming. There are such things as smart phones, it is easy to keep people informed.
Perhaps they would like to pay me for a 0.5days lost wages? 5 hours at £25/hr = £125”
