“I would have given 0 if I could. Poor communication all day until an engineer arrived at 6.30. Lied about price 59£ plus vat call out plus parts LIE you charged £80 labour on top for 5 mins work. We feel ripped off those lnbs cost £40 and your charging £120. Would never use or recommend you ever again.”

“Efficient over the phone, rang back to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Pleasant and diagnosed the issue, only gripe is although they told me the price of the part, it wasn't the most affordable experience... that said they fixed the issue.”

“The service was very quick, easy and friendly. The lady on the phone when I first arranged an appointment was great. He man who came to install my aerial (his name was Paul) arrived in good time, got straight to work, explained my options to me and was very informative and friendly. The aerial is working great so far, I have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you.”

“They came within 3 working hours of being contacted. Phoned before engineer turned up. Tested system before advising a new aerial was needed. installed a new aerial, pole, bracket and cable quickly but efficiently. Nice neat job. Rechecked reception level after installation and retuned all channels. Would have been happy to have paid a further small fee for them to take dismantle and take away the old aerial but this was not a service that was offered.”
