Costly diagnostic charge, that the repair was not covered under . And would have also been a very costly repair. Told them to leave the repair

The engineer was competent and diagnosed the problem very quickly, no complaints there. However to fix the problem a new masthead amplifier power supply was needed. I was told by the engineer that power supplies are not sold separately but this is not true, I bought a power supply for a tenth of the price I was quoted for your amp & psu and fitted it myself in 2 minutes. To be honest I feel like this was deceptive salesmanship to try and make me buy something I did not need.

The office staff were very nice. Quick service. But the arial fitter was not very amicable. This is a mobile home, my partner got under the home to enable the coax to be taken along so the fitter was saved that job. Thought he would have said thank you. Because I did not want to pay for an expensive tall, arial with all the bells and whistles as it was for one ordinary t.v. in the bedroom I think that he was not happy. The arial is the same height as the old one but facing the other way. It is not ideal as even bbc one breaks up. The old one gave a perfect picture and served two televisions. My arial is the only one facing the way it is..

I wasn't very impressed by Barrie. He didn't explain the problem we had with the cabelling at our property very clearly, and said it would have to be fixed by the people who installed our fibre optic broadband (it seems they used the wrong cable, which has now put our TV out of action). He seemed very keen to leave as soon as possible. He quoted us £170 for a new aerial install, and then 2 mins later increase this estimate to £300. Then Barrie charged us a £50+VAT call out fee and left. I would not recommend Barrie.

Engineer arrived on time. Diagnosed problem as being the skybox. Installed an older sky box of mine which was working okay when he left. Switched tv on in the evening but screen showed technical fault and channels unavailable. Spoke to customer services next morning and asked for a call back to talk me through the problem. Still waiting....... It probably is a further problem with this second box but a response would have been nice.

Engineer turned up and tested output at some Tv points around the house, adjusted 1 set to receive signal from loft aerial. (Changed input from TV to DTV. Looked at outside aerial and said cables were rain weathered and aerial was only just in the dogital era. Recommended a solution, which seemed quite expensive but we had no real comparisons. Weather was bad by then with potential for lightning so booked work in for the following day, letting me know I could cancel if I wished after discussing with partner that evening. We decided to go ahead.... but engineer never returned and Aerial Force made no contact. Maybe they thought we had compared prices and expected we would find them to be more expensive than others and so didn't bother returning? Would definitely not recommend. I'll look for someone local or look for recommendations through friends.

Although the engineer Ben was very knowledgeable I thought the cost of the materials and labour was very excessive, (not Ben's fault). A 4 way splitter and fitting was £55 and a cable run of 30 foot and fitting was £65 when a splitter costs no more than £10 and cable no more than another £10 making a total of £100 labour for an hour! However I needed the work done so I paid the £120 plus VAT making a total o £144! I will not be using or recommending Aerialforce again.

The price charged for supplying and fitting a low cost amplifier was ridiculous, and the paperwork unclear as to what exactly was fitted.

Chap that turned up was very abrupt and rude. Huffed and puffed when we pointed out he had drilled one of the points in th wrong place. Wires on the outside of the house are wonky and look a mess. Not happy with the experience at all.
