“From ringing the office of aerialforce the receptionist booked appointment to come out this afternoon 01/04/20. Received a call from from their office yo say that their engineer would be with us in 40 minutes and they arrived on time. We all kept to our required distance due to the government warning about coronavius. The engineer was very polite and helpful and he explained everything that he was going to do from diagnostics what the price would cost to complete the job. After the diagnostics we went ahead and the engineer did the work after completing the work retuned the tv and we had all channels back. Very pleased with the work, shown the completed job that was done and very satisfied. I would recommend aerialforce to any of my friends and family well worth five stars work guaranteed for 12 months. Thank you aerialforce”

“Superb from start to finish. Girls on the end of phone so helpful and kept me up to date on my engineers visit. Got a call out same day too as sky had let me down. Paul Piggin, the engineer was pleasant and helpful. Cost was priced good too. Will definitely use again. Thank you so much”

“Moved into our new house and discovered no TV aerial! Contacted Aerialforce by live chat on a sunday, not expecting a reply straight away, but Jade called within an hour and booked me for first thing Monday. Paul arrived and quoted easily without even coming in the house and then proceeded to do the job there and then. Within an hour, new tv aerial fitted and tested and gave me c a cleat explanation of the work he had done. Paul was really polite and professional adhering to his own strict Covid19 cleanliness and distancing rules.”

“Contacted company as I saw they were installing next door but one,spoke to Jamie the engineer who was very polite and offered his estimate there and then after the company instructed him to speak with us,job started and within a short time old knackered line down installed bracket and pole and ran cable exactly where it was needed,all tested and top job ,could not believe the cost for what was supplied ,would definitely recommend to anybody .Thankyou to all the staff concerned and Jamie the engineer.”

“A massive thank you to AerialForce. I lost my Sky a few weeks ago I contacted sky had to wait over 2 weeks for a sky engineer to visit me, he spent most of the time complaining and left me a dish and told to do it myself. I booked Aerial Force online at 8.15am this morning, A lady called Kim called me at 8.30am to book me in. An engineer just attended my home and put a new dish up for me, the engineer was very helpful, polite and friendly guy. its now midday and my Sky is back. Thankyou Aerial Force i now know where to come if i ever have problems with my sky again. Contact AerialForce I would recommend them to anyone. Never contact Sky they are rubbish.”

“Had chat online at midday yesterday, was called back in minutes and appointment made for first thing THIS MORNING! At 8.15 a lovely local guy called Lee turned up and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Needed a new coax cable £3 fitted, checked everything’s else was OK and gave me some good advice going forward. To say I am impressed is a huge understatement. When you hear of all the ways you can get taken for a ride and I am a 71 yr old woman I could not have had better service. Could not recommend more highly and company card safely stored for the future!”

“Used their on line chat service, very helpful chap booked a visit for this afternoon before 1800, this was around 1400, received a call at 1545 to advise engineer with me within 20 mins. Shaun Saward arrived bang on time and diagnosed the fault within 5 mins. Gave options and all resolved in less than an hour despite the pouring rain. Very pleased and highly recommend. 👍”

“Had new Ariel fitted today . Mitchell was very polite and professional he gave us all the options and advised us what was our best choice. My tv is important and I know I’ve been looked after today. Highly recommend this company”
