“I booked an appointment last Sunday they called to say the engineer was sick. I booked another appointment for the next Saturday between 8am and 12pm. No one turned up. I call to have explanation and they say the engineer is late, he will come between 1pm and 6pm. I canceled the appointment and I will not call this Company never enymore. Very bad customer service, very bad service.”

“Engineer Danny was polite and efficient, and completed the job quickly. Work is guaranteed for a year. Would have given 5 stars but the cost was higher than anticipated. You might like to get a better idea of the potential cost beforehand.”

“The engineer did a good job I was surprised how much it cost at £220?as the original dish only cost £100. And it only took 40mins to replace the part. I’m obviously in the wrong business. But as regards to the work and service very good”

“Was quoted over £360 for a tv aerial install told I would need powered boosters. Felt there was something a miss with quite went elsewhere and it ended being £145.”

“Called Aerial Force to get some CCTV installed - we needed them to a submit a risk assessment and insurance documents to get access to the building. Sent the details on how to do this on 26th Nov for installation on 1st Dec - nothing was submitted. Have rescheduled with CCTV installer to 8th and called the office three times since then to get the insurance documents sent over - no one has called back and no one can help with this installation. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional.”

“We had James come today to install a new smart TV. He could not have been more helpful and friendly. He arrived promptly, was very informative and knew exactly what was needed and required. We will definitely use Aerialforce again.”
