“The engineer Darren G is very thorough leaves no stone unturned when diagnosing a problem. Very pleased with his attention to detail and work ethic. Will call on him again without hesitation if I need this type of service.”

“Did not arrive on agreed date, notified late and had to wait 2 more days. Engineers polite, explained what was needed and stated price. Although very expensive we decided to accept as more delay was not wanted. Did the job quickly, tidily explained the guarantee and left after payment. Would recommend subject to comparing prices and reviews.”

“The engineer that came on site was friendly, helpful, honest and altogether exceptional. Great customer service onsite. Bit pricey for basic TV Ariel cabling fix but they got the job done. Pre-Sales service a bit impersonal but the engineer on-site was excellent.”

“Customer service from the office was great, very prompt and arranged a slot first thing, technician let me know he was running late. Very friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly, not the cheapest but overall a good job and service.”

“Really professional service. Only dropped one star as they had to cancel two appointments before making the third. Installer was friendly and presented the quote well and didn't pressure me into a sale at all. He even offered to leave the quote with me to think about. I was happy with the price though so got the work (replacement aerial) done at the same time. Took about an hour in total and the tv signal is showing up at 100% now.”

“Chris the engineer was polite, knowledgeable and helpful, turned up on time and despite my not being able to answer the phone straight away was patient. It was expensive £70 for the time taken as this was a standard charge.”
