“Great service! I didn't phone until 3pm, the new satalite dish was fitted efficiently and all working by 5.30pm by Russell. Very pleased Jan from Rowlands Castle.”

“For 3 days on the trot, I have requested an engineer to come and quote for some work. Each day I am given an overall time slot that they will come within, and each day they are a no show. Each day I book another slot and each day again they do not come. They do not warn me of not coming. They simply don’t come. I’m self-employed and am losing lots of income over this shoddy service.”

“Couldn't have been simpler. The advice was clear, and it was all fitted on the day, despite the weather! Lee Pate was excellent - very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, got the job done well, tidied up, and checked it all worked. Would highly recommend.”

“Hopeless. Waited in 5 hrs for same day appointment only to be told 30 minutes before end of appointment window that they could not make it. Same happened next day. Satisfaction guaranteed - you must be joking”

“Overall experience was great In sorting out our TV aerial. The engineer arrived 3hrs after initial call was made, a good price for the repair itself, quick and friendly service by the engineer himself. Would highly recommend.”

“Called up this Saturday afternoon hoping that an engineer might be available tomorrow. Fortunately, I was told that an engineer could come this afternoon. Less than an hour later, an engineer called to say that he would be around in 45minutes. After 40 minutes the engineer called again to apologise that he would be 10 minutes late BUT he did turn up on time and he solved my aerial problem very quickly. Neat and tidy and he could not have been nicer. Great company and I recommend them very highly. Fantastic service!!”

“Booked a week ago on a Saturday.. turned up in dark and couldn’t do the job.. changed it to Monday and got phoned to say couldn’t make it. Rebooked first following Saturday.. had to ring twice., told they coming., second time the said he running late and we were next in line. Over 3 hours later still not turned up. No phone call no apology. I’d avoid like the plague if I was you. Obviously booking too many jobs and can’t handle it. Going elsewhere to get it done”
