“Charged my mother double what was quoted on the phone.. An 88 year old who is virtually bed ridden.. Obviously an easy target to make a fast buck”

“I’ve just had two aerial ports put into my kids rooms and I couldn’t recommend this company any higher. Absolutely fantastic service, from the prompt free quotation, to the work carried out within the same week (by the same guy) at a very good price. Hat’s off to the chap (Steve) who carried out the work for the friendly and professional service.”

“Not happy at all with the service I’ve booked an appointment for someone to come out and fix a sky dish I have been waiting home all day and nobody has come at the time they said I called the office only to find out that they have cancelled the appointment without anyone calling me to let me know I have to take a day off work and wait not even apology Would not recommend them to To my worst enemy”

“Charged my elderly mum an extortionate amount to ‘fix’ the problem with her signal. Still not sorted and each time they come out they charge a call out fee. Cowboy company!”

“Did not arrive on agreed date, notified late and had to wait 2 more days. Engineers polite, explained what was needed and stated price. Although very expensive we decided to accept as more delay was not wanted. Did the job quickly, tidily explained the guarantee and left after payment. Would recommend subject to comparing prices and reviews.”

“I have within the last half hour requested advice as I have lost my signal and the indoor aerial connection appears to be damaged, Demi, who was working late, saw my message and phoned me for a chat re my problem. An engineer is visiting tomorrow to see what can be done. Will do another follow up review after the visit.”

“We needed a new aerial and picked Aerialforce based on their reviews. Within a couple of hours of my initial call, we had an engineer round who gave us a quote. He was able to replace our old aerial immediately whilst he was here. We then retuned the tv burlt the signal still wasnt great. Our engineer, traced it to old wiring and a faulty socket and remedied it there and then. We tried again and it's now perfect. Really quick, friendly and professional. Many thanks”

“Excellent service from Martin. We bought an 85” TV, which wanted wall mounted and our original TV wall mounted in a separate room with all cables hidden. Martin was very knowledgeable, and we work out a solution to get everything done. Excellent job would highly recommend.”

“Brilliant service . We accidentally cut through our aerial cable on Saturday morning . Discovered what we’d done in the evening ... phoned at 7pm Saturday evening and an engineer was round first thing Monday . Nice man , tidy job , no fuss and tv back on! Strongly recommended !”
