“As promised, received a phone call 30 minutes before Darren Gearey arrived! I explained problem and he checked the signal readings on meter, in bedroom and loft, where aerial is, and also in living room to see if there was any difference. As there was so little difference, he checked the cable and the one we had was rubbish!! So, he fitted new cable carefully round room and the tv now works perfectly! Very fair price and very pleasant engineer. Thank you!”

“I had the stupid issue of new TV but didn’t have the right bolts to fit the arms my existing wall mount to the TV and none supplied with the TV. Quick ring, less than an hour later there’s a chap at my door. Half hour later and TV is up on the wall. And, for what it’s worth you could see the attention to detail from the how he put the bolts in. Nice guy, engaged with me and my kid. Company are smart enough to quote on the work too and not just a set price list. Quick, friendly, well done. I mean, what more can you ask for?”

“Carl arrived less than 2 hours after I called for help to fit a 80 inch TV on the wall. I received a call to confirm when he was 30 minutes a way. Carl was really friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend AerialForce based on the service I received today.”

“I contacted Aerialforce at short notice as I needed a TV mounting for my daughter's 16th birthday present. Jamie came out a day later and did a thorough survey. He advised on the best position and the reasons why. He gave a detailed breakdown of the quote and on that basis I agreed to proceed. Jamie and Tyler fitted the TV and I could not be happier with the result. They did a fantastic job and I have a very happy daughter. They were professional , courteous, explained everything and were very tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend”

“I am extremely pleased with the the service AerialForce provided this morning. Sean and his apprentice Morgan arrived at the appointed hour and proceeded to fit my new television on my wall, fully programmed the said system which included the HD Sky box. All the wiring was hid from view and all this was done with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I initially had reservations with regard the company but any fears I may have had were soon dispelled by Sean and Morgan. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.”

“I phoned because the remote control for my PVR had stopped working and the replacement remote hadn’t helped. I couldn’t get any sense out of the online assistant but the lady I spoke to on the phone was wonderful. She checked and advised me to turn off the PVR at the wall, then turned it on again. Magic! It’s working and she solved my problem without booking me in and charging me for a visit.”
