“Darren Smith the engineer who came out to my rental property was very nice and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. I just need a copy of his diagnostic report now as I can't seem to find it as my landlords want to see it as they said their existing aerial was working ( but it wasn't as Darren showed me ) so please could you email me that report for me so I can show them..Thank you Karen Boulton”

“I have had problems with other companies not turning up etc in the past but Aerialforce turned up on time provided a quote for exactly what needed doing,fitted my aerial and concealed the wiring to the mounted tv. I am very impressed and very satisfied.”

“The person who did the work was efficient, helpful and professional. He put up the aerial and wiring quickly but carefully, and took down the old one and broke it up for us.”

“Surprisingly, customer service has, in my opinion, degraded over the past few years with attitudes bordering on 'rude' to 'just don't care' but this company was refreshingly 'all about you' or in my case me as a potential customer. From the point of contact, Aerialforce did what they set out to do, not just get the order but to treat me with respect and valued. The engineer, Paul, who came to give me a quote for what I needed was, again, in my opinion, nothing but outstanding! I was left with the 'job' done and the thought that it was a pity that there are not more companies out there with this level of customer service but sadly there isn't. Well done Aerialforce and a special thank you to Paul.”
