“Very quick service, was called within 15 minutes of submitting the online form and engineer was out with 2 hours. Price was fair considering the same day service on a Saturday. The engineer was polite and knowledgable. Would highly recommend.”

“We were so impressed with the service received by aerial force. We submitted our details online to request a call back to arrange a free quote for a new aerial installation in our bedroom. We were called an hour later and it was arranged that a technician would be with us the following morning. At 8.30am the next day we were called by the technician to inform us he would be here within the hour, half an hour later he was at our front door. He was very friendly and talked us through our options and gave us a price. We decided to go ahead thinking he would book us in to complete the job at a later date but he completed the job there and then. He's done an immaculate job and left everything tidy. It was such a pleasent experience and very good value for money, we will defiantly be recommending aerialforce to our family and friends!”

“We contacted aerial force for a free quote on a new aerial. They were quick to respond to me and had someone out to quote within a few working days. We had a new aerial installed and the man was very informative and gave us lots of options. The signal is weak in our area and so he sorted this as best he could with a booster. The installation was quick and he didn't leave any mess. Out newly decorated lounge looked just as good when he'd finished. Only really stars because the price was way more than the lady on the phone said they started at. I was told from £65 +vat however the installer started at £129+vat. This is double! I would recommend, however keep in mind the price will be a lot higher than you're led to believe on the phone. But we're happy with the price as we have a working aerial with minimum hassle and the man who came out was very good. We felt we received value for money.”

“Chap that turned up was very abrupt and rude. Huffed and puffed when we pointed out he had drilled one of the points in th wrong place. Wires on the outside of the house are wonky and look a mess. Not happy with the experience at all.”

“Darren Smith the engineer who came out to my rental property was very nice and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. I just need a copy of his diagnostic report now as I can't seem to find it as my landlords want to see it as they said their existing aerial was working ( but it wasn't as Darren showed me ) so please could you email me that report for me so I can show them..Thank you Karen Boulton”

“I have had problems with other companies not turning up etc in the past but Aerialforce turned up on time provided a quote for exactly what needed doing,fitted my aerial and concealed the wiring to the mounted tv. I am very impressed and very satisfied.”
