“I phoned these guys at 11am yesterday to ask about the installation of a new dish at my house for the reception of German TV. I didn't believe them when they said somebody could come to the house to do a survey later that same day, never mind install the dish if I agreed to the quote, never mind get everything working. But Lloyd did it. That's five stars for sure, not least because it was just five hours from my first phone call to a working installation. And Lloyd even went back to the depot and got me a superslim set-top box that straps straight to the back of the TV (meaning no new visible wires). Well done, Lloyd.”
