“Same day response, work was carried out efficiently and the engineer was polite and friendly. Even the torrential rain didn’t stop him from carrying on. He also took the time to reprogramme my TV for me before he left.”

“we had loads of problems wiith our tv reception when moving into our new home so we called Aerial Force. they only to pleased to help and a engineer was sent to assess the situation and talked us through what was the problem and what needed to be done. Fully explained in a way we could understand ( no technical jargon ). the engineer was polite and completed the job to a great standard.”

“Phoned to make an appointment, hour later they were there another hour later job done. A bit of a shock with the price, but the service very fast and so far so good.”

“Arrived a bit later than expected but cannot fault him in any way, gave us several options to sort out our problem but the choice was ours, no pressure. Cannot fault him in any way. Would use again without a second thought.”

“I rang for a quote for new satellite for European channels and they said they could have someone with me that same Saturday afternoon to quote and do the work there and then if I wanted. I had a call to advise the time, the guy was friendly and took time to go through my options, and got the work done quickly. So from phone call to having everything set up was a matter of hours, and on a weekend. Great service”

“I telephoned the company at 8.15 am and someone was with me by 10am. Very good service. The chap was very friendly, showed me the different signal qualities and where the problem was. It did cost more than I expected but he replaced the booster and put a tv on the wall with the correct bracket as mine was wrong so job done .”
