“Wish I never left Vodafone. I got sidetracked by a so called good deal with a pixel 6a and lots of data from Affordable Mobile. At this moment I'm still using what's left of my Vodafone contract. It's a matter of a few days. No one from Affordable Mobile is helping me to get the 3 Three SIM card functioning in my pixel 6a that I got from Affordable Mobile. Apparently you have to have WiFi and that's one thing I never wanted to get. I preferred lots of data. I would like to return everything to Affordable Mobile but it's too late. I got a message that said something like this.( 98% of your data has been used up by 5 apps). Keith.”
“I bought a new phone every thing went well but when I started to use the phone it was getting very hot on the side and back si I got in touch with affordable phones to be told I have to do all the ring about myself and I said no I got the phone from you but they just didn't want to know and told me I had to ring Samsung myself”
“Affordable mobiles were very proactive in making contact with me as my end of contract date approached. However after agreeing to a new phone and contract with them, I've had issues with my new phone and suspect that I've been sold a refurbished phone as new. I've now left several messages and email asking help to resolve this but now they don't seem so proactive with their communication. Maybe someone might respond to this?”
“delivery was terrible told it would be next day delivery nearly a week i waited later not very impressed. maybe you could send me a high speed charger plug fo the inconvience ,”
“Ordered a cash back deal over the sales line, unfortunately the sale representative spelling my name wrong and therefor the order was declined by credit search, for some reason a few days later affordable mobile proved the order with A same wrong name. I had to call them to cancel the order in case I can not get cash back in the future because of the wrong spelling of my name.”
“They haven’t sent my iPhone XR when I ordered it nearly two weeks ago. It said delivered in 5-10days so I contacted them by email and they said another 5-10 days because they don’t have a delivery date for the phones so they can send me mine. Disgrace how they’re majorly out of stock by it’s the most advertised on their website and social channels”
“Having ordered online then spoken to the company I was assured the mobile phone is ordered would arrive within 3 days. They promised a great deal and have let me down by not delivering in time.”
