“The deal was excellent, the phone and delivery time excellent, but despite putting in my PAC code at the checkout the number did not automatically port so i had to arrange that separately.”
“Great service, my only gripe is that the contract was advertised as "you pay £35 a month" but that's not the case as they then add vat, surely this should be advertised as £35 excluding vat.”

“Cheap contract and cash back offer. Wasn't happy with delivery, they said sim would be delivered on Monday and new network planned to change over on Tuesday. Contacted customer services Monday evening to say I hadn't received SIM and was told network wouldn't change until I recieved the new SIM and that there was no need to contact new network to delay switchover. Network changed on Tuesday and didn't recieve SIM until Wednesday meaning I had no way of making or receiving calls for a day.”
“Very happy with the service of receiving new mobile from Affordable Mobile, but unfortunately they did not arrange to transfer my old number onto my new mobile/sim as staying with 02 and after 3 phone calls with 02 my number has still not been transferred over - very frustrated!!!”
“We ordered two mobile phones from affordable mobiles. The service was good, we were given a date for getting them but we got them a lot earlier than expected which was good. The only problem was with the order we were supposed to get a free gift. When I contacted them about it I was told the offer had now finished and we were supposed to contact them to ask for the offer, but as we didn't it was too late now. It was only 2 days after it had closed but we had made the purchase a week before that. You would of thought they could of still honoured it. Or they should of emailed or messaged to say don't forget to contact us for it. So they refused to give us the free gifts. Not happy!!.”
