"This is the company that American Express uses for cell phone coverage. I lost my phone on vacation and they denied my claim. Why would I buy a new phone and im still naking payments on my lost phone just to get a few hundred bucks? My lost phone contained pictures from my vacation that I couldn't retrieve. This company has horrible customer service, the adjuster, Sue Leinweber never returned my calls! I can't gave a police report when I didn't know one was needed? I filed the claim when I returned home from vacation the next day. I will get insurance through Tmobile moving forward, this has been a horrible experience. Again, AIG has not made one phone call to me regarding my claim!!!!!"
