“Must admit, I was a bit dubious about this service but was nagged by my wife to fill in details. But fair play, filled in details, ( it took 10mins ) sat back for 8wks and then received a lovely credit to my bank account. What could be better, would encourage anyone in the same boat to give Flight Delay a go. They do exactly what the say they will.”

“Our flight was delayed last year due to a flat tyre. We wasn't too bothered and went back to airport for 5 hours. Saw a link on Facebook in november about air delays and thought I'd give it a go. Filled in form in 2 minutes, very easy to do. Week later got a form from solicitors again very easy to complete and send back. Didn't hear anymore over christmas and had sort of forgot about it til mid January received an email saying payment had been made. Received £711 in my account the very next day. Excellent.”

“I had tried to get compensation about 2 years ago without success , I came across an ad for air delay and although the I was a bit sceptical , filled out the form , that was all I did , around 3 months later I received an email from Alex stating my claim had been successful . Wow was I surprised , the whole process was straight forward and easy I have no hesitation in recommending air delay , do it today . I received my compensation direct in my bank account the day after I was notified of my success by email .”

“Great service. My claim was not straightforward but they persevered & it was sorted to my complete satisfaction...& when I was informed the compensation was settled I had the money in my account within 30 mins....seriously..!! Tremendous...!!”

“great service from start to finish. Just to make it clear the charge is 25% of what every the payment is. Which I did not find was made clear at the start of the claim. I found this acceptable but would have liked this to be up front at start of claim. But was a very professional service which I had no problem with the amount charged. Thanks and Kind regards.”
