“I normally don't write reviews, but I really thought I should for Air Delay. The service they provide is excellent, you are kept informed every step of the process. I dealt with Alex, who is extremely courteous, and he was able to complete the claim in a matter of weeks. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service, and of course it's no win no fee, so you really can't go wrong.”

“This is the first time I had used Air Delay and did not have complete confidence that our claim would be processed quickly or resolved in our favour. I was very impressed with the speed of the service and how quickly any queries were responded to. I received compensation around 8 weeks after submitting my claim and am well satisfied.”

“Was a little concerned when I first started but had run out of hope.the company I was dealing with kept on moving the goalposts ever time the European courts changed their payout guidelines.it turned out to be very very easy and having something come out of this is better than having nothing to start with .wood highly recommend with ant problems.”

“Unbelievable! I was a bit dubious at first but Alex managed to get full compensation for myself and 5 family members in just over 8 weeks. I was unsure about giving out my bank details but the money was paid promptly with no trouble.. Brilliant result.”
