I am a little weiry about company's that I haven't heard off..but I read reviews and gave it a go...I was amazed with the time and continued communication it took ... I asked for a cheque instead of giving my back details out and was no problem ...all this was sorted within 1 month....thanks again air delay

We had no idea that we could take the airlines to task, for years delays have just been an expected necessary evil of air travel. So thank you very much for getting us a full refund for our fourteen hour delay. The excuse of unforeseen circumstances really means, poor planned maintenance. Thank you once again for your efforts.

What can i say ...... we are over the moon with Air Delay. When we had been rejected off our Airline i got in contact with Air Delay & they took over. Got a cheque last week after only a few weeks putting my claim in. When i put my claim in i didnt even have the correct date, and this went back to February 2012 but it was all sortred out for me. As i am not good with E Mails, Alex kept me up to date by phone, many thanks Alex.

Me and my husband received €400 each which we didn't expect as we only had 4 was left to make a claim, Alex was very helpful and money was in our account within 29 mins of contacting Alex, thanks for the help

Didn't think me & my hubby would be entitled to any money back as 24hr delay was due to lightning however air delay managed to get us a payment of 1200 euros. Thanks air delay

I was recommended Air Delay by a friend and I was contacted by them as soon as I left my initial message. Other than supply the details, I had absolutely no work to do, just sit and wait while 'Alex' kept me updated at each step. There was a delay in receiving my funds, this was due to a fault with Thomas Cook, not Air Delay and Alex informed me of this immediately. Every service has a price, this was unexpected money for me so both parties gained in the financial sense. My thanks to Alex, you were an excellent operator. Ronda

No hassle, just let them know your details and brief description of what happened. Sit back and be update. All timescales given were accurate and money sent straight to accountant. Straight forward and genuine. Thanks again Alex and Team Steven Collins

This was a easy process the team dealt with everything for me I did not have to do a thing as it was all left 2 alex what a great team of workers they are all a needed was a date !!!!
