“I had been arguing with Thomson for over a year over a flight which was delyed for 24 hours thus ruining our Xmas holiday and kept getting fobbed off. I didn't hold out much hope of getting anything but Air Delay said they would try and I was delighted that they secured the EU statuary delay payment for me. It was so easy to use them with just a phone call and and email confirmation. Worth every penny of what I think is their reasonable fee. Without them I would not have received anything !!!!!!!”

“This was very easy dealing with this company very professional and very helpful. I didn't have my flight details but could give my dates who I flew with etc and thy found the details, put in my claim and won me my money for my long delay would recommend them to everyone.”

“I had looked at lots of companies to help with delayed flights. Air Delay where fast, efficient, friendly and had me sorted out within approx 3 weeks. They took a few details and sorted the rest. A brilliant company to deal with I would recommend then to anyone.”

“I saw an advert in Facebook regarding delayed flight, and thought I have nothing to loose!! I just filled in the information and left it in your your hands. We had a nice surprise when we came back of holiday and two cheques were waiting for us. I would not hesitate to use you again and would defiantly recommend you to family & friends.”

“I tried on two previous occasions to claim from Thomsons without a positive response. Excellent service from Alex. We are particularly pleased with the result as the service we had received from Thomson was shameful.”

“They were quick at replying to any query, before and during the claim. It is a high percentage the company takes but some travel companies won't reply/deal with your claim if you do it yourself, therefore it is worth it.”
