Hesitated entering car park for 20 seconds no one got out then proseded in to car park fined £100 pound it's a joke.

We was disappointed because where we park looked like a dumping ground and when getting out the car wet mud, didn't go down to well when wearing a suit for a meeting.

Vehicle was not recognised when entering the car park. Instructions were poor when contacting staff about how to proceed when returning.

Would be more use to you, and anyone else, if you asked my thoughts on your service after we return to the UK. As it happens, we don't fly to Italy for another 2 weeks!

I imagine the parking will all work out fine (We don't travel until Monday 2 June) We booked online but we never received the promised confirmation email and since pre-booking is supposed to relieve some of the stress inevitable in air travel, not sending confirmation adds to the stress. ADDS TO THE STRESS. That ought to be easy to fix? Cheers! Jed Falby

Once again, this being the 2nd time in 12 mths I have been unable to raise the barrier after inserting my orange coin to exit the car park. I was greeted with a screen which demanded a silly figure of approx. 813 pounds. The girl on the intercom was impatient but said she would remove the amount shown on the screen - no apologies for what was, clearly, an error by your parking company. The time was approx. 1.30 am on Saturday morning and I had pre-paid for 8 days and, fortunately, had the foresight to approximate my exit time until 2.00 am - even though my flight was due in at 12.05 am - but it was delayed. Why should this happen? Why did your records not follow thru and allow my exit? And ............why should this happen TWICE!! Returning from holiday was, regrettably, spoilt by this incident, once again. I am now going to make alternative arrangements for parking my car at MC/R Airport as I think your service has fallen far short of what is promised by your company. If you can spare the time to check - my Car Reg No is PR59 YBG the date 24th May 2014. Maureen Dignon

Received pcn ticket for stopping on airport area where spopping is prohibited. I stopped for 2 min on bus bay to fix gps signal at 1.25 am. No buses opearting this time, othervise i use bus. Video van apparently was waiting to catch me. £60 paid over parking fee. Poor signage, uncertain rules, i feel myself ripped off. Disgusted. Relatives and collegues warned against this catch. I found online many people cought in the same place for the same alleged offence. Instead signage improvement, video van vaiting to catch drivers. Not recommended, never again, unpleasent experience.

The signage at London Southend Airport is a joke, as we ended up parking in long stay Car Park 3 as we could not find no. 2. I hope i don't get charged for parking in the wrong one!

DONT USE ,!!! THEY TOOK MY SLK230 JOY RIDING ON THE NIGHT AND THEY GOT STOPPED SPEEDING OVER SPEED BUMPS AT 60 mph BY THE POLICE WHO CONTACT ME ..WHEN THE CAR WAS SURPOSE TO BE PARKED IN THERE CAR PARK THEN ONCE I PICKED THE CAR UP FROM THEM THE FRONT SPIOLER WAS DAMAGED HAVE MADE A COMPLATE WHICH THEY HAVE NOT GOT BACK TO ME,,, STAY CLEAR AND DONT USE

No clear indication to where there were spaces available. We spent 15mins driving round and then had to abandon our car. Then the bus shelter had a notice to go to no 14, we did and no bus turned up for 10 mins. We then had to Walk to the terminal. On our return, no bus waiting on our flight arrival, again waited ten minutes no bus then had to walk back to the car. Absolutely appalling service!

Why have I been sent this survey when we havent even used the car park yet its not due until 3rd June I would have thought you would have sent this after we used your services . To top it all you have just made us panic and had to check the dates we have booked to stay in your car park right on top of us getting married saturday . Like we havent got enough stress Nice One !

If you can't be bothered to look at the date of my booking before sending a survey out then your lucky I gave one star. Does not bode well for the rest of the service.

I changed my flight and came back 2 days later to a whacking !!! extra charge of £60!!! as I paid initially £59 for 5 days this extra charge was ridiculous!!!! disgusted......

Security had no record of my booking at all, or my car registration. took ages to get released from the carpark as a result. clearly some problem between Airpark (holiday express) and NCP. Won't use Airparks again.

On arrival at Jet Parks 2 Manchester the barrier did not recognise my reg plate! Then called help. The man struggled with my prepaid refererenc number for about 5 mins. Eventually got the token! On our return at the bus stop at arrivals Terminal 3 we arrived at the stop at 23.55pm It was wet and cold numerous buses called by all going anywhere but Jet parks 1&2. The bus eventually did arrive at 00.24am!! Ihad a word with the driver about being late!!! His attitude to that was not that great. He then set off to the furthest point on the airport at Terminal 2 to pick up the relief driver!!!! No apologies. Not good service! He was late picking everyone up and new it.
