if you looked at my booking you woud notice that I don't use your facilities until 18/6/2014. todays date is 5/6/2014. I dred to think what happens next

I arrived at Leeds / Bradford Airport in the early morning of a very wet day. I could find no sign or indication of where the Parking area was - neither had I been given a postcode or clear indication of where to find the drop off point. I enquired from a Airport bus driver and he told me to park in the near by long stay car park and that my credit card would give me access. I did so. On returning I again placed my credit card in the slot on the way our and another £72.50 (including a processing fee) was deducted from my account. I failed to find a telephone number on which to ring asking for a refund. With hindsight I obviously did not use the Airparks service for which I had already pre-paid. I am an elderly person and I was hoping that your company might consider making a refund. I found the lack of clarity about where to bring my car on a wet morning very distressing. I would welcome some feedback from Airparks. Maurice Bartley.

ARRIVED - REGISTRATION RECOGNITION NOT WORKING. DIRECTED TO CAR PARK WHICH WAS FULL, SPOKE TO RUDE EMPLOYEE WHO TRIED TO INSIST THERE WERE LOADS OF SPACES, ONLY TO THEN RELUCTANTLY ADMIT HE WAS WRONG AND EVENTUALLY OPENED ANOTHER ONE FOR ME. WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A COACH, NO ONE ANSWERED THE HELP CALL! ON RETURN, WAITED 20 MINUTES TO GET OUT AS MY TICKET DID NOT WORK (SEE TOP LINE FOR REASON). HAD TO GET 10 CARS TO REVERSE SO I COULD GET OUT. RUDE MAN IN OFFICE NOT BOTHERED, DID NOT GET OUT OF HIS CHAIR TO HELP, DID NOT SAY SORRY, JUST LAUGHED, AFTER I EVENTUALLY FOUND YOUR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION REFERENCE NUMBER ON MY PHONE, WHICH HE INSISTED ON (WHY MY REGISTRATION NUMBER WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ENOUGH GOD ONLY KNOWS) HE LET ME OUT! I KNOW NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT THIS BUT IF I WAS IN CHARGE I WOULD FEEL VERY EMBARRASSED THAT I'M MANAGING A TERRIBLY RUN OPERATION. MY BUSINESS WOULD GO BUST IF IT WAS RUN LIKE THAT! We had to wait more than 25 mins for a bus and when it cane the bus driver allowed people to jump the queue so there was a chaotic scrum to get into the bus. Now i know why flying Scot are the cheapest - you get what you pay for!

Had a quote online of just over £43 & then when i got to the checkout it stated there had been an error and i had to pay £53. really not impressed!

Eastern europeans, can't understand proper English , turn up late, missed our flight from Southend, will NEVER use this company Purple Manor parking again

Nightmare on the bus transfer the first bus turned up with enough room for around ten of us the next every fifteen minute bus was twenty minutes coming by then in the rain the shelter was too small around fifty of us were waiting space for a further ten after another few minutes another bus came most then got on

When I dropped my car off I had to wait nearly 25min for the driver. When I returned I phoned them in the morning to let them know that I would be returning that evening which was a day earlier and they said it was taken care off. On returning I had to wait nearly 1hr 45min for my car because they could not get it out, they had not been told I was returning early by the day staff!

I insured against cancellation - unfortunately we had to cancel 15 hours before our scheduled time of parking but were told we could not get our money back because it was within 24 hrs of our due time of arrival. We already had a family crisis on our hands due to my father--in- law admitted to hospital but Airparks refused to take that into account and kept our money even though we didnt use our parking space. Air parks should be ashamed of themselves. Our car hire company Hertz, gave us a full refund with no admin fee when we explained the situation to them. That's the way to treat genuine customers properly.

Had to wait 50mins for transfer bus from terminal 1 at 3am in the morning a real let down. Also on arrival took 20min to find a parking space as was very full. Would not recommend this to anyone who need to park car when going on holiday. In future will look at other car parking near airport. Previous stayed at car park jet 1 and jet2 with no problems. So WILL NOT be booking jet 3 car parking again.

Both telephone numbers, given to call half hour before you arrive, on the from the online receipt where incorrect. The instructions as to where the meet and greet drop off area is where incorrect, and as it was Luton Airport, we kept having to drive round the one way system. We ended up going to the meet and greet signed barrier and pressing the the intercom to speak to someone, who advised us where to go. We called once we had our luggage, as advised, but still waited 8-10 minutes for our car. I would not recommend or use this service again.
