Staff very helpful. Some difficulty locating the car park a map from the motorway would help. Leg space on bus a bit tight. Otherwise good.

Please improve passport control if you can 1.5 hrs in a vey large group of traveller's trying to get through passport control is not my idea of a good experience

on the whole very good. The only negative I can think of was that the airport transfers prepaid for were more expensive than purchasing the same in person at the airport, when we were told this was a discounted rate.

Only problem was the Airport paring had no record of my arrival so the barrier did not raise and I had to take a ticket and have it validated when I came home

Machine didn't recognise my reg no at barrier and had to call for assistance. A few minutes later someone responded then had to check booking and issue a ticket. Apart from that fine but a bit stressful when travelling.

Bus drop off should be closer to the airport front door.

Automatic numberplate recognition should be inplace at the car park barrier therefore no requirement to put window down to speak to staff to exit or issue ticket same as short stay/ pick-up car park

Pity you couldn't do anything about the weather! Torrential rain both leaving and arriving could not find car!! Numbered places would be good

You described the car park as being 50 steps from the terminal building. it is not!
