“Entered the car park nothing happened in the way of instructions and was not sure what to do so just pressed the button and got a token. Had to phone car park as to why it had not tecognised my car. They saud it will be ok and they can sort on my exit.”

“We have twice used your onsite car parks and both times although the car registration number is recognised on entry when we leave we have had to speak to an operator via the machine at the barrier to be able to get out. I wonder if perhaps this could be improved and then I would vote 10!”
