after booking car parking and paying for it you then a few days later offered me the same less 10% but I could not take it up as I was already booked and paid with a non refudable payment.i think this was taking the mickey on your part

Everything was fine, we just had to wait a while for the bus to arrive at the airport on the return journey home.

Despite some confusion with the airport transfers, I would book this again but next time arrange a taxi myself.

Driver on phone during our return to car park ,on starting car radio on ,lights switched off and blowers on full no reason for any of these as car parked within 10m of drop off.

Yes. I think the price should mention that you need your own money for the short stay car park. Most other airports (esp. LHR) include that in the price

Exit barrier tried to charge me £104 after presenting my prepaid ticket, had to get staff member to override the machine. Not a smooth operation as I would like

Yes everything went smoothly, I scored only 7 as the car parking surface was a bit rough and un-tarmacked in places and the wait for the bus was 10 mins

the hotel was good but food was lukewarm once, and cold the rest of the time.

Booking was all good and staff were ultra efficient. However, the standard of the Hilton in Dubai is not as good as you would expect and the distance to go and park the vehicle was unacceptable.

The pre-payment was not recognised by the machine leading to a delay in exiting the car park.
