a long wait for bus to return to car park, seems to have become the norm.

No booking number printed on parking ticket, therefore hassle leaving parking area on return

No issues with the car parking in Liverpool.Booked transfers,no problem with the actual transfer but were told that a rep from the company would visit us at 9.30 on the Monday and we waited for over 30 mins but they didn't turn up and didn't contatct either ourselves or the hotel to let us know they weren't coming.

Excellent service. Very friendly. Sounds daft but found you but difficult to find. Sat nav sent me to wrong place even using your post code.

Yes, all went smoothly. Not sure what you mean by staff? If you mean the hotel staff, yes they were extremely helpful.

Bought airport parking - documention and instructions not very clear on the process, but the service itself was very good. I just didn't know what I needed to do. As it turned out I didn't need to do anything, as the automatic number plate recognition took care of it

Automatic number plate reader failed to read my vehicle plate on arrival at Liverpool Airport and had to contact office

facilities were very good and everything was very easy. good price too. I think there have been too many emails sent to me however, i only booked long stay car parking.

We have twice used your onsite car parks and both times although the car registration number is recognised on entry when we leave we have had to speak to an operator via the machine at the barrier to be able to get out. I wonder if perhaps this could be improved and then I would vote 10!

Car registration was wrong on your list which meant the barrier on way out would not rise. Same happened to my daughter on next barrier. More care needed with typing

Entered the car park nothing happened in the way of instructions and was not sure what to do so just pressed the button and got a token. Had to phone car park as to why it had not tecognised my car. They saud it will be ok and they can sort on my exit.

Yes as describe hotel was in need of a good makeover. You get what you pay for .
