“No issues with the car parking in Liverpool.Booked transfers,no problem with the actual transfer but were told that a rep from the company would visit us at 9.30 on the Monday and we waited for over 30 mins but they didn't turn up and didn't contatct either ourselves or the hotel to let us know they weren't coming.”

“We have twice used your onsite car parks and both times although the car registration number is recognised on entry when we leave we have had to speak to an operator via the machine at the barrier to be able to get out. I wonder if perhaps this could be improved and then I would vote 10!”
