“Seems like everyone is working from home. Takes a long time to get the right support”

“System had a technical glitch. My problem was not resolved even after 3 days, specially when I stated that it’s an emergency and I need to file my tax. The support exec reached out and said the problem was solved after 3 days, but it was not resolved and now I am left hanging over the weekend without any kind of support.”

“Great for GST but not for tax. Attempting to lodge a tax return is frusterating. I do not want to pay for a tax assistant but it was added without my permission and now can not remove. The phone number does not work either.”
