“Very bad service. Lodged my BAS after the due date. I had to do it myself and still waiting for my $49 fee refund. Get rid of your automated system or you will lose all your customers. The worst experience I have had from any organisation.”

“Stay Right away!. I have had constant issues with lodging tax and BAS statements with airtax and have had friends that have had severely bad experiences also. Dont respond for up to a week a times, have lodged things late and incorrectly costing thousands, the more i looked into them the more i have found people having the same experiences. Many of there agents do no communicate at all and make constant mistakes that need correcting. Do yourself a massive favour and avoid them completely”

“When I submitted my previous BAS in July to Airtax I got an email saying that my BAS was submitted to the ATO but I did not get a receipt or the payment details because AIRTAX was having 'technical difficulties' at the time. I had to send multiple emails to Airtax over the next week or more to get the information I needed to pay the ATO for my BAS. This information was just the PAYID and reference number to use for BPAY and the amount and date required to make the payment and I also wanted a tax receipt. This has now happened again with my current BAS because Airtax is currently having 'technical difficulties'. Airtax has had 3 months to fix the problems with their system. Nobody cares as long as they still get paid by customers who believed that the 'technical difficulties' were just temporary. crecnref smief it o”

“I have been an Airtax customer for almost four years, and this time, I had the worst service ever. Late request for information, no follow-up to confirm whether the required documents were received and sufficient. Finally, the BAS was submitted two weeks after the initial preparation, and I haven't even received a message to confirm whether the BAS was submitted, but I asked on the last due date.”

“I filed my ItR however you did not ask me to give you the property depreciation schedule that i bought for rental property. Now, i need to amend my ITR and been sending email but no reply from your end. Please call me 0402185450”

“I have been submitting and paying BAS since 2019 after advice given over the phone from an airtax employee which I paid for. Only now in late 2022 have I been told that I am not required to. I have now wasted over $5000 on unnecessary tax not to mention $200 per year on airtax fees to submit these BAS. Therefore my opinion of Airtax is extremely low...”
