“Basically told me that my abn and gst registration would take me no more than 2 -3 days but because of maintenance on some website that they use for registration I had to by Thursday which was 4 days since I joined Airtax I had to do it myself and after I did it myself I get an email from airtax stating that they registered me which is a lie ....and during the week I was emailing them several times to ask if they have registered me yet and I got no response then finally when I get a response I get them basically stating that if i didn’t like it to do it myself......the most unreliable company I have ever come across”

“Sent me a receipt afterwards with another customer's details. Clear breach of privacy and I am yet to receive a correct invoice, assume my private details are floating around in someone else's hands.”

“I am very happy to use airtax because it’s very easy to use but the response time is very poor after lodging the tax or BAS you guys take 2 or three weeks to response which is very annoying this happened to me 3 or 4 time.”

“Airtax charge $49 for BAS lodgement by using their template only, any further questions, you have to pay $99 to chat to their qualify accountant. They don't even allow you to print a copy of your BAS lodgement so you can submit to your own accountant. Customer service Alex can't even answer my question properly and always refer me to pay for their qualify accountant service. No good and very disappointed.”

“No one reply’s to emails to help. No even an auto reply. Completed tax 2 days ago, no lodged. Sent enquiry and no reponce. Same thing happens with bas. Took nearly two weeks to lodge and plenty of non responsive emails .”
