“I found it easy to set up my Airtax account, however the communication could be better, it would be good to have a customer service line so people could actually speak to somebody about general questions (not tax advise) but if unsure on how to navigate the page, or if they are entering information incorrectly.”

“I thought the website, service is great, but you can add kms from a private vehicle to claim. Unfortunately without a full service for an online accountant to make thing easier will result in loose potential funds return back.”

“Need to review your question re ‘Have you had an ABN previously’. Should define between a sole trader and Pty Ltd company. Because of the ambiguity of the question it stalled my ABN by 3 weeks.”

“It would be very beneficial if you can sync up data with Didi ride sharing as you have done with uber, as Didi is phasing out uber in Australia so it will be difficult for drivers to use airtax if it can't connect with Didi account.”

“The setup at the start would randomly go into a page (coding) error. Took a couple of days trying before it worked. A bit odd that receipts can only be added as an image type, no pdf’s or other file types? Would be nice to be able to upload all receipts (files) with he lodgement so they can be stored and retrieved for any audit requirements.”
