“I find it easy to use but only when the app isn't glitching out. It often has glitches I find.”

“Airtax is good. My Q4 BAS statement is not being put through and inspite of making the changes suggested by Airtax it is still not being put through. This is my point of frustration.”

“platform is slow. Plus it should explain to Uber drivers what can be charged eg Uber fee since dec 2017.”

“I know, it's still new but can be improved much better. To save depreciation list, eg. I had to use ATO website for depreciation, but it's not clear how to use. Hopefully I will be able to do on Airtax one day and save there.”

“I am finding it difficult to get the how to do things. I am trying to submit a BAS and personal tax return. I am finding it difficult to get help. I need to get this sorted as I must report to Centerlink re my pension. I don’t want to delay this much longer.”
