The service was not as good as on previous occasions. There appeared to be a communicatin issue and I didn't feel I was being listened to. I wonder what has changed as I have not had this experience with Airtax before.

I do all the heavy lifting, airtax provides the portal to date I've never had any feedback with my information entered (other than the obvious 'receipts to support')

There is a chance to improve communication. E-mails were sent to me repeatedly, despite me providing required information. This has caused delay in lodging my GST.

I would give extra stars if I could integrate xero. I have found it confusing picking the correct tax assist package such that I was incorrectly charged for a recent transaction. I would like the expenses to be more customisable.

Give the Client correct,simple and factual information before they need to apply for an ABN and not state that it is FREE IF done through "AIRTAX" Getting an ABN is free through the ATO when completed through the ABR (Australian Business Register). Tell them what they should be aware of when they exceed the monetary value of 75K at that GST will then need to be applied and explain to them why. I eventually phoned the ATO out of shear frustration and had all my questions answered in plain English,and easily understood No need to bombard individuals with links and too much information, if they ask a question, and you can answer it-answer it in plain English....Simple!. Thank you

I found it easy to set up my Airtax account, however the communication could be better, it would be good to have a customer service line so people could actually speak to somebody about general questions (not tax advise) but if unsure on how to navigate the page, or if they are entering information incorrectly.
