“I am very happy to use airtax because it’s very easy to use but the response time is very poor after lodging the tax or BAS you guys take 2 or three weeks to response which is very annoying this happened to me 3 or 4 time.”

“Airtax is good. My Q4 BAS statement is not being put through and inspite of making the changes suggested by Airtax it is still not being put through. This is my point of frustration.”

“I know, it's still new but can be improved much better. To save depreciation list, eg. I had to use ATO website for depreciation, but it's not clear how to use. Hopefully I will be able to do on Airtax one day and save there.”

“Airtax charge $49 for BAS lodgement by using their template only, any further questions, you have to pay $99 to chat to their qualify accountant. They don't even allow you to print a copy of your BAS lodgement so you can submit to your own accountant. Customer service Alex can't even answer my question properly and always refer me to pay for their qualify accountant service. No good and very disappointed.”
