“The program is excellent, really user friendly. I’ve already provided some feedback about tailoring the entry fields if we have already done our own calculations and just need to input a number into the tax return. The “overdue” notification is misleading and I kept having to email the team to ensure I had an extended lodgement date. I recommend this be fixed ASAP as it is quite a negative feature having an incorrect status right on the homepage. I was not aware it would take 1-2 weeks of processing time so was alarmed when my tax return was not lodged by my due date. I may have missed this somewhere but it wasn’t clear that this would happen. Though I was assured I had an extension, the tax return was still lodged after my due date which I did not like - given I have lodged on time every year historically and hope this does not affect my record with the ATO.”

“At this stage it’s hard to provide s review. I already had an Abn so there was no assistance required really. I will be using air tax for my tax return so can provide a review than. :)”

“I had been talking to your representative Alex and had noticed that he was getting to me so promptly. He is very effective. I was saying to myself...the rest of the country needs to learn from Airtax what service means. You have it right in service yet you are accountants! What a pleasant surprise!
