“I have been trying to return a pair of shoes for the last 10 days. They sent me a totally different pattern. I have sent them all the details, in spite of that, they say that they are going to investigate further. The site was good before lockdown... now it is avoidable.”

“Hi, I am great with the price they offer however the delivery is way too late. I have ordered a blazer which was smaller than I expected hence I placed a exchange request on 10 Dec, pickup was scheduled by 22 dec however it didn't reach me yet & there is no update available! It has happened to me twice with ajio & never with any other websites. Please try to work on it & update me on my order!”

“I have purchased items before and they were ok but recently I ordered a printed gown it was of cheap cotton material and not worth 549 (after discount the original price was 2199!) I wudn't pay more than 250 for this product! Really disappointed in Ajio this time. Wanted to write the product review on their site but there is no mention of reviews!”

“I have returned my product bt still not got my refund in ajio wallet bt in detail they have mentioned that doorstep refund in ajio wallet. I tried so many times talk to CC number bt they r busy sent emails so many times bt didn't get a single reply its more than 2 days bt didn't get my refund”

“It's the worst customer service,,, twice I did receive refund for the return,,, am fed to fallow up,,, calling the customer care takes 30 mun of waiting,,, no response to mails. Products also not of good quality Quitting to shop in Ajio”

“Web site is not user friendly, at check out time many items will not be available,, lot terms n conditions on offer. Two times my refund is not been done,, they are asking me to attach bank transaction details to get back... Am fed up to fallow,,, customer care takes 20 to 30 mins of waiting time. Quitting Ajio,,,”
